Return and exchange of products

Before shipment, each iSlim plate is subjected to a thorough inspection.
We guarantee the high quality of our products.

Each panel is checked for:

No external defects: chips, cracks, scratches or other damage.
Functionality: Lighting, cables and all components are tested.
Completeness: Each panel is packed in the manufacturer's packaging and the completeness of the set is checked.
After the inspection, the panel is carefully packed for safe transportation.
The delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta with compulsory comprehensive insurance to protect you from transport risks.

Received product does not meet expectations?

If the received panel does not match the order description (for example, lighting does not work, external defects, incomplete set), please send an e-mail with a description of the problems to: anna@kaplunglobal.com .

You must return the product for verification.
We will check the panel and determine the cause of the problem.

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

Replacing the panel with a new one, fixing the defect.
Refund to the bank card or settlement account from which the payment was made.
We cannot accept any claims in the following cases:

Slight differences in illumination brightness due to light perception characteristics (acceptable deviation up to 5%).
Transport damage, if the customer has refused the insurance.
Damage caused by improper installation or use (for example, exceeding the permissible voltage).
Payment delays or unidentified payment: The shipment of defective products for verification is paid by the customer.
If the defect is confirmed, the new panel will be sent at our expense.

Additional conditions
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the operation of Nova Poshta.
We recommend checking the integrity of the parcel upon receipt in the warehouse or in the branch if defects are found.
