Product Return and Exchange

Before shipping, every iSlim panel undergoes a thorough inspection.
We guarantee the high quality of our products.

Each panel is inspected for:

  • No external defects: chips, cracks, scratches, or other damages.

  • Functionality: lighting, cables, and all components are tested.

  • Completeness: each panel is packed in the manufacturer’s box, and the set's completeness is verified.

After inspection, the panel is carefully packed for safe transportation.
Delivery is handled by Nova Poshta with mandatory full-value insurance to protect you from transportation risks.


Received product does not meet expectations?

If the received panel does not match the order description (for example, lighting does not work, external defects, incomplete set), please send an email with a description of the issues within three business days to: anna@kaplunglobal.com.

You will need to return the product for inspection.
We will check the panel and identify the cause of the problem.


If the defect is confirmed, we offer:

  • Replacement of the panel with a new one, correcting the defect.

  • Refund to the bank card or settlement account from which the payment was made.


We cannot accept claims in the following cases:

  • Minor differences in lighting brightness due to light perception characteristics (acceptable deviation up to 5%).

  • Damage during transportation if the client refused insurance.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use (e.g., exceeding allowable voltage).


Payment delays or unidentified payment: Shipping of defective products for inspection is paid by the customer.
If the defect is confirmed, the new panel is sent at our expense.


Additional conditions
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Nova Poshta’s operations.
We recommend checking the integrity of the package upon receiving it at the warehouse or branch if defects are found.
