Each iSlim panel undergoes a thorough check before shipping
We guarantee the high quality of our products.
Each panel will be checked before shipping on:
No external defects: chips, cracks, scratches and other defects.
Functionality: The lighting, the cables and the functionality of all components are checked.
Scope of delivery: each panel is packed in the manufacturer's cardboard box, the integrity of the kit (the presence of all elements) is checked.
After checking, the panel is carefully packed for safe transportation.
The delivery is made with a new post with full compulsory insurance to protect you from risks during transportation.
Does not match the received products
If the received panel does not match the description in the order (for example, the lighting does not work, there are external defects or incomplete equipment), write an e-mail with a description of the detected defects to the e-mail address within three working days anna@kaplunglobal.com
You must return the products that do not suit you for analysis.
We will check the panel and determine the cause of the problem.
In case of confirmation of marriage, we propose:
Replacing the returned disk with a new disk with error correction.
Refunds the value of the goods to the bank card or current account from which the payment was received.
We cannot accept the claims in the following cases:
Due to the perception of light, there are slight differences in the shade of the backlight (the permissible deviation is up to 5%).
The damage occurred during transportation due to a refusal of insurance (If the client refused insurance).
Damage is caused by improper installation or use (for example, exceeding the permissible voltage).
Delays in payment on the part of the customer or lack of identification of the payment.
Delivery of defective products for analysis is paid by the customer. In case of confirmation of marriage, the new panel will be sent at our expense.
Secondary conditions
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the operation of the new post office. It is recommended to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt and draw up a damage file in the compartment if defects are found.
